Charmingly Chocolate guarantees the quality of our chocolates, our careful packing methods and the accuracy of our order fulfillment.
If your items arrive defective or damaged, or we've made a mistake fulfilling your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will promptly send replacements at no additional cost to you, or we will refund your money - less shipping and handling.
You must choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the chocolates and bring them to a cool, dry place right away. We are not able to issue a refund or replacement for a shipment that has not been signed for, and/or has been left outside and damaged.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
