If you are shipping chocolates to AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, LA, MS, NM, NV or TX we use a special "heat safe" packing and shipping method that includes lining each box with a thick layer of insulating material and dry ice packs to keep your chocolates protected. Then, after careful packing we ship your chocolates via UPS 2nd Day.
It is very important that you choose a shipping address such as your office where someone will be available to greet the delivery driver, sign for the chocolates and bring them to a cool, dry place right away. We are not responsible for chocolates that have been damaged because the boxes have been left outside or otherwise improperly cared for upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.
